  Jurek Kedzierski, MDT, CEO
  Jurek Kedzierski, is the founder and president of Perfect Smile Dental Ceramics Inc., based in San Diego, CA. a high-tech lab where he and his staff create the country's most up-to-date dental restorations.
  Perfect Smile is located in this 10,000-square-foot modern building — complete with state of the art oversize operatory room— and with the help of his highly qualified technicians, Kedzierski has provided cosmetic dentistry with exceptionally consistent work and the highest quality results. Kedzierski, a second generation Master of Dental Technology, attended the Institute of Dental Technology in Poland for three years. After graduating from the Institute of Dental Technology, he furthered his education in Berlin, Germany. While there, he took an array of advanced courses in aesthetics and implants.
  He also later owned and operated his own dental lab in Manchester, England, where he continued to sharpen his skills in the great tradition of European craftsmanship. Over the years he has received several certifications from California Implant Institute, Implant Technologies, Branemark, Calcitek, IMZ, Straumann, Captek, 3M ESPE Lava CAD/CAM, Crystobel and Sinfony Resin.

  Charles B. Wheeler, CDT

  Charles B. Wheeler, CDT, has over 30 years of Dental Technology experience as General Manager of Perfect Smile Dental Ceramics, Inc., based in San Diego, CA. Wheeler has managed the high tech lab for over 10 years and its highly qualified technicians. He has been in the industry since 1978 and has earned several certifications over the years.
  Originally from Los Angeles, CA. Wheeler attended a two year program at Los Angeles City College where he received a certificate in Advance Dental Technology. He then went on to receive his B.S. from University of Southern California. He became a Certified Dental Technician in November of 1991 from the National Board of Certification. He was also the former lab owner of Natural Esthetics Dental Laboratory from 1991-1999. Wheeler has accumulated over 30 years of Implant Technology experience as well as been certified and received several certifications from California Implant Institute, Implant Technologies, Branemark, Calcitek, IMZ, Straumann, Captek, 3M ESPE Lava CAD/CAM, Crystobel and Sinfony Resin. With Wheeler's extensive knowledge of the dental field, he was a member of the Dental Laboratory Owners Association of California and sat on the board of directors for 2 years

  Deanna Sanchez-Aardema,

  Deanna brings more than 8 years of HR experience to Perfect Smile Dental Lab. Before that she worked for the San Diego World Trade Center conducting research for the Port of San Diego. She earned her BA in International Securities and Conflict Resolution with an emphasizes in Global Studies from San Diego State University. She then received an MA in Human Resource Management.
  She is currently a member of the Local and National Chapter for the Society of Human Resource Management and member of the CA Chamber of Commerce and pursing a SPHR Certification.

  Shellie has been with Perfect Smile for years as front office staff. She currently holds a BA in Public Health specializing in Health Promotion.
  She is the friendly voice on the phone ready to assist clients with needed information or any concerns they may have.
